At present,based on the development of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,people usher in the era of intelligent services.At the same time,the University Library and advanced service concept and high-tech continue to integrate,promoting the development and Realization of university library intelligent service.Therefore,the evaluation of University Library's intelligent service quality,on the one hand,is helpful to improve the University Library's service quality evaluation system,and lay the foundation for future research;on the other hand,it can explore the development direction of University Library's intelligent service,which has certain practical significance for understanding the shortcomings of University Library's intelligent service and promoting its improvement.On the basis of extensive reading of relevant literature,according to the definition of smart service of university library,this paper selects and sorts out some evaluation indexes,and combines with Lib QUAL+TM of Tsinghua University to initially construct the evaluation system of smart service quality of University Library in China.Then,in order to ensure the comprehensiveness and authority of the evaluation system,the expert scoring method is used to consult experts and revise it The evaluation system is established.The first level of the system includes four levels:Service emotion/service effect,information/resource acquisition,facilities/environmental conditions,and user personal control.The second level includes"the library can achieve accurate navigation and Book positioning in the library","based on the data of readers,analyze and mine their needs and realize personalized services","organize expert consultation,training,lectures and other activities to enable readers to obtain information resources","integrate space resources to provide readers with good experience space(maker space,learning space,seminar space)"Readers can access electronic resources or needed information anytime and anywhere through the library app"and other 18 indicators.Finally,through the way of questionnaire,we investigate the minimum acceptable value,actual feeling value and ideal expectation value of each evaluation index of XX university library users.Combined with the constructed evaluation index system,we get the quality of each intelligent service of XX university library,and verify the operability and scientificity of this evaluation index system.
