In the era of information explosion and growth,We Chat has played a great role in the development and progress of the society and use We Chat to provide resources and public cultural services for the public,which provides a good way for the public to use library resources.In the Public library service,more and more attention has been paid to users' needs and experiences,and the user experience of Public library service has also been concerned and studied by many scholars.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the user experience of We Chat service in Public library.This article takes the public library We Chat service as the research object,To summarize relevant research at home and abroad,based on Google HEART model,it preliminary constructs the research index of We Chat service quality evaluation of public library based on user experience.And carried out empirical research,with the aid of Excel and SPSS software to analyze data,according to the results of grading analysis We Chat service problems and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
