With the development of the Internet,the way people access health information has gradually undergone profound changes.Health anxiety,which emerged with the era of big data,has become very common in society.The impact of health anxiety involves individuals,families and society.However,due to the lack of medical and health care knowledge and weak information screening ability of the general public,it is easy to have a wrong view of their own health status,exaggerate the possibility of illness,and lead to more frequent health information search behavior when faced with a large number of online health information with fast transmission and mixed quality.In this context,this study focuses on the online health information adoption behavior of health anxiety population,integrating the three dimensions of motivation,opportunity and ability,trying to explore the influencing factors of online health information adoption behavior of health anxiety population,and this study employed an online platform to distribute survey questionnaires and collected a total of 414 valid responses.Subsequently,we utilized the SPSS statistical software for comprehensive data management,analysis,visualization,and reporting,and verified the reliability and validity of the research model.To this end,this study first combed the existing theoretical research on health anxiety,health information behavior,and health information adoption behavior through literature analysis,so as to provide theoretical support for the follow-up experiment.Secondly,combined with MOA theory and ELM model,it built a research model of online health information adoption behavior of health anxiety population,and distributed questionnaires through the network platform,The 414 valid questionnaires collected were analyzed by SPSS software and the validity of the model was verified.The results showed that health anxiety population’s cognition of their own health status,information authority,platform security,self-efficacy of health anxiety population and information literacy of health anxiety population all had a positive impact on their willingness to adopt.On this basis,this study puts forward several recommendations based on the research results,in order to effectively alleviate the health anxiety symptoms of the health anxiety population and promote the continuous improvement of the health information service platform.
