With the steady progress of healthy China Construction,the growing expansion of health big data industry and the vigorous development of wechat health information service,how to promote the public to better adopt health information,and then comprehensively improve health literacy has become an important topic of current health information research.Health wechat public platform is the product of the integration of mobile media and medical and health services.Its emergence not only makes it possible for users to obtain real-time health information services and high-quality health information through personal terminals,but also provides a great help to promote the research process of user health information behavior.In this context,this study focuses on the health information adoption behavior of users on wechat public platform,integrating the three perspectives of users,platform and information,trying to explore the influencing factors of users' health information adoption behavior on wechat public platform,and the relationship between these influencing factors and the health information adoption behavior of users on public platform,And try to provide some useful reference for potential users of public platform to adopt and use health information services.In order to achieve the above goals,in theory,based on the analysis of the research status of health communication,health information behavior and health information adoption behavior,combined with tra theory,interpersonal behavior model and UTAUT theory,aiming at the characteristics of wechat public platform,this paper selects nine measurable variables,including performance expectation,platform specification and information quality,from the perspective of users,platform and information,Taking the user's health information adoption behavior as the research object,the influencing factor model was established.In practice,on the basis of summarizing the relevant literature research,this paper takes the health information adoption of wechat public platform as the starting point,designs a questionnaire on the influencing factors of users' health information adoption behavior combined with the three dimensions of users,platform and information,and issues the questionnaire through the network platform,In addition,SPSS software and structural equation model were used to analyze 362 valid questionnaires and verify the validity of the model.The findings indicate that in the user dimension,performance expectation,effort expectation and emotion have a positive effect on the user's health information adoption intention;in the platform dimension,platform atmosphere has a significant impact on the user's health information adoption intention,but the platform specification is not significant;in the information dimension,the positive effect of information quality on the information adoption behavior is greater than the information usefulness;in the user dimension,platform atmosphere has a significant impact on the user's health information adoption intention,but the platform specification is not significant,Platform dimension and information adoption behavior is of great importance.On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies from the three dimensions of users,platform and information,in order to understand the perception of wechat users on health information services,improve the short board of health information services,and promote the adoption of health information on the platform,so as to promote the promotion of health information,and the adoption of health information in the dimensions of users,platform and information under wechat public platform.
