| In recent years,with the improvement of living standards and the public's increasing emphasis on health,people's demand for health information has also shown a vigorous growth trend.Various medical and health websites and platforms are important channels for people to obtain health information.According to the 39 th Statistical Report on Internet Development in China,the number of Internet users using Internet medical applications in China exceeds 194 million,accounting for 26.6 %.Existing research has found that different users have different needs for health information.When faced with various types of health information on health information websites,users will be affected by various factors when searching,selecting,and using information that meets their needs.Studying the interaction process between users and health information is of great significance for understanding users' cognitive style and behavior habits.At the same time,the current construction of domestic health information websites is not perfect,there are problems such as uneven quality of information,lack of structure of interface layout,etc.These shortcomings will also hinder users' choice and use of health information.The purpose of this study is to discover the different interface stimuli on health information websites,and explore how these factors and users 'intrinsic motivation to search for health information online will have an impact on health information selecting intention.To this end,this study firstly combed the research on the intrinsic motivation theory,the two-factor theory,and the SOR theory through literature research,and explored the factors that influence users' behavioral intentions;Secondly,it summarizes the research results of "information selection" in the existing literature in detail,which lays a foundation for the proposal of health information selecting intention;afterwards,this study took 39 Health Network Dental Channel as an example to identify the motivating and hygiene factors of the health information website interface,and at the same time developed measurement scales for intrinsic motivation,website interface stimuli,and health information selecting intention;finally,the questionnaires of this study were designed,distributed,and recovered,and descriptive statistics,chi-square test,analysis of variance,structural equation model,regression analysis were used to analyze the result.The investigation finally verified the influence relationship between the variables.The conclusions drawn by this study mainly include the following:(1)Intrinsic motivation has a certain influence on the user's health information search behavior.The main performance is that users with high intrinsic motivation levels are more willing to use professional health information websites as the first way to search for health information than users with low intrinsic motivation levels.(2)Intrinsic motivation significantly affects the user's intention to select health information.From the verification of the structural equation model,the path coefficient of the intrinsic motivation of users is 0.560,and the significance level is above 0.01.(3)The motivating factors and hygiene factors in the website interface significantly affect the user's intention to select health information.The significance level of the motivating factors is above 0.05,the significance level of the hygiene factors is above 0.01,so the significance of the hygiene factors is stronger.(4)The joint influence of intrinsic motivation and motivating factors,intrinsic motivation and hygiene factors on the intention to select health information is not significant,and no interaction effect was found between intrinsic motivation and website interface stimuli.(5)On the health information website,different interface stimuli have different influences on the user's health information selecting intentions,among which the content attracting attention,the rich health information theme,the latest health information and navigation design,feedback channels,sponsor certification bring greater positive impacts. |
