Research On The Operation Strategy Of Online Video Content

For online long video platforms,content operation strategy is a very important part.Whether the strategy is refined and effective is related to whether the platform can win in the fierce industry competition.However,judging from the current situation,there are many problems in the content operation strategy of my country’s long-term video platforms.In the past,the operation method was relatively extensive and lacked integrity,resulting in low operation efficiency.How to formulate a more effective content operation strategy,improve the overall operation efficiency,and reduce costs,has important practical significance for the network long video platform.This paper takes Youku video as a research case to study the content operation strategy of my country’s online long video platform.Through daily work practice and reading of relevant literature,this paper has completed the collection of relevant materials on the operation strategy of network long video content,and carried out the thesis research with the help of case study method.First,analyze the current situation of Youku video content operation.It is sorted out that Youku video has the advantages of content strategy focusing on positive energy products,diverse layout of content production,rich and refined operation and promotion strategies,etc.,as well as serious content homogeneity,high copyright costs,and disconnection between long and short video content.Main problems.Secondly,in-depth analysis of these problems is carried out and corresponding improvement measures are proposed,such as encouraging content innovation,strengthening cost control,and integrating development of long and short videos.Finally,according to the results of literature and case studies,five suggestions are put forward for the development of online video content operations in my country.First,focus on positive energy quality products;second,diversify content layout;third,strengthen cost control;fourth,promote IP industrialization The fifth is to adhere to the integrated development of long and short videos.It is hoped that the above research and suggestions can provide experience and guidance for my country’s online long-term video industry,and help my country’s online long-term video industry develop in a healthier and orderly manner.
