With the "Internet plus" rose to national strategic emerging,the rapid development of science and technology makes people's work and life more intelligent and convenient.The change of communication environment affects the upgrading of media.In recent years,the field of content entrepreneurship,represented by short video,has attracted the attention and participation of all sectors of the society.On the one hand,it is a new media product in the mobile Internet era.On the other hand,it also conforms to the new changes in the "fragmentation" of the media.Specifically,the short video industry mainly presents two major trends of development: the content dominated and the platform dominated.The former mainly uses the PGC model and wins with the original quality content;the latter is based on the UGC model,aiming at providing the participation platform for the users.However,with the reduction of the platform's use threshold,the quality of short video content is uneven,and the focus of the entrepreneurs has gradually shifted to how to realize the differential operation with the help of the content of the fine quality.Since the birth of "two more" video,"content is king" has always been adhered to,and the original short video featuring the character micro record is giving people the best light.In addition,the development of the all channel communication path has made the influence of "two more" video rapidly improve.After three rounds of financing,the "two more" video can produce more than 250 original short videos each month,with more than 50 million daily broadcasts and more than 40 million fans in the whole network.Under the premise of ensuring high-quality content,"two more" video still highlights strength in terms of volume and scale,and its operation strategy is worth exploring.This paper is divided into five parts,the introduction part clarifies the purpose and significance of the topic,the definition of related concepts,literature review and research methods.The first chapter,based on the development of short video,discusses the environmental factors and stages of the current content operation of "two more" video,and the second chapter focuses on the perspective of content production.This paper analyzes the strategy application of "two more" video content production mechanism,and the uniqueness of content presentation after that.During the period,the author uses sampling survey,text analysis and content analysis to make a detailed interpretation of the original works of "two more" video.The third chapter is on the premise of the content of the second chapter,the dissemination channels of the content,the profit model and brand marketing are analyzed,and the "two more" video is summarized.In the first three chapters,the author analyzes the "two more" video in the fourth chapter,and gives the optimization suggestions from the perspective of improving the content operation ability in the three chapter.
