People’s lives have changed dramatically since the advent of the Web2.0. The network is everywhere and the Internet as a new industry also changed a lot. The video website which has a dual identity of both producer and transmitter in the whole world firstly experiences the growth stage when they are springing up like mushroom and experiences the tough situation where they may be knocked out or go ahead in the competition. Until now, the video website still has much immaturity to improve.This paper mainly divided the domestic video websites from three aspects of user experience, channel development and content innovation. Taking Youku, Funshion and Letv as typical cases, this paper analyzes their operation models and studies the different characteristics of those websites, figuring out the advantages which could be used for reference by domestic video website and then putting forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions. |
