| On November 3,2013,the general secretary issued the important instructions of "seeking truth from facts,making reality according to local conditions,providing classified guidance,and targeting poverty alleviation" for the first time.As a result,"targeted poverty alleviation" has gone nationwide as a policyand become a governance strategy and systematic project at the national level,illuminating the road to poverty alleviation in thousands of villages,and sounding an assault call to win the battle against poverty and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects!The media is a tool for social communication,and the public’s understanding of "targeted poverty alleviation",a major social development plan,cannot be separated from media reports.From the perspective of recording social progress and guiding public opinion,the media can be considered as the recorder and guide of social development,playing an important role in transmitting important information,communicating social relations,stimulating enthusiasm for participation and promoting harmonious development.People’s Daily Online is a large information exchange platform based on news.It plays the role of "anchor" and "mainstay" in the online public opinion ecology through reporting and publicity.Based on this,this paper takes the "targeted poverty alleviation" report of People’s Daily Online as the research object,and analyzes specifically how it records and guides this far-reaching and significant poverty alleviation process through mass communication and national development theory.Firstly,this paper analyzes the overall characteristics of the "targeted poverty alleviation" report of People’s Daily Online from five aspects: the number of reports,the source of the manuscript,the reporting region,the high-frequency words,and the topic of the report.As a record of social development,the characteristics of People’s Daily Online reports are as follows: the number of reports is dynamically synchronized with policies,the sources of articles are rich,the local channels are highly correlated with the reporting regions,and the high-frequency words mainly focus on poverty alleviation projects and measures.Secondly,this report makes a specific analysis of the "targeted poverty alleviation" report on People’s Daily from two aspects: the content and the Characters in the report.The study found that,as the guider of social development,People’s Daily Online has carried out key publicity on people and things related to "targeted poverty alleviation",showing the positive outlook of the subject and object of "targeted poverty alleviation" and the optimistic prospect of "targeted poverty alleviation".Finally,this article from the multiple narrative rhetoric,metaphor,"home" type expression and integration of information resources four aspects analyzes the characteristics of the reports and from the use of small lenses,objective narrative and visual expression,focus on the underlying and vulnerable groups interests and information sharing four aspects discusses the message,In order to provide some reference and inspiration for the mainstream media related reports in the future. |
