A Study On "Dialogism" Of People’s Livelihood Issue Reports Of The Two Sessions

The two sessions are an important embodiment of China’s democratic system to promote democracy and express public opinion,which play an important role in China’s democratic political life and have won a high degree of attention and participation from the mainstream media.In the context of media integration,the new media has transformed the reception relationship of traditional journalism,reshaped the communication concept and practice of journalism,and required the mainstream media to have two-way interactive dialogue and communication ability in the coverage of the two sessions.In this context,"dialogue news"has gradually become a re-examination of news value and positioning.Under the influence of the concept of dialogue,the two sessions’ reporting practice was opened in a way close to the people’s livelihood.While paying attention to the people’s livelihood,communicating with the people and gaining their approval,the mainstream media constantly make innovations and breakthroughs in the ways of reporting,discourse and communication mechanism,so as to create more possibilities of interaction and dialogue for the two sessions.As a representative mainstream media for the practice,innovation and dialogue of the NPC and CPPCC reports,people’s daily has been gradually inclined to the livelihood of the people in its reports in recent years,focusing on interactive dialogue with the audience.Based on this,this article takes the People’s livelihood issue report of the two sessions as the object,takes the people’s daily education issue report of the two conferences as the case,and takes the dialogue theory as the angle of view,mainly around the following issues:People’s daily reports of the past two sessions can reflect this "dialogue" and its trend,from which aspects?How did people’s Daily Network initiate and organize the dialogue through the reports on the livelihood issues of the two sessions?What does the dialogue practice of people’s daily news report of the two sessions of the People’s Daily News have for us to innovate the news report of the two sessions?It is found that:on the macro level,the People’s Daily Education Report of the two sessions has a strong "dialogism",and its "dialogism" is rising year by year.On the medium and micro level,in the dialogue practice of people’s livelihood issues reports of the two sessions,People’s daily has initially formed a model of "platform construction--text productionreception interaction",they play the role of providing the basis of dialogue,the content of production dialogue and maintaining dialogue relations.However,there are still some deficiencies in the practice of dialogue,which need to be further developed.Therefore,in order to enhance the dialogism of people’s livelihood issues reported by the mainstream media,the mainstream media,represented by the People’s daily online,need to optimize the following three levels:update the concept of dialogue,improve the practice of reporting;construct dialogue loop,realize two-way dialogue,attract repeated visits,strengthen dialogue relationship.Through the above research,this paper hopes to achieve the following research purposes:in the theoretical level,based on the difference of dialogue-oriented understanding of dialogue,from the perspective of typology to expand the study of dialogue news;to find a practical way to promote the dialogue of people’s livelihood issues and even all news reports.
