Research On The Expression Way Of The "Two Sessions" Video Blog Of The Mainstream Media

In March every year,The meetings of the National People's Congress(CPC)and the Chinese people's political consultative conference(CPPCC)will attract extensive attention from all walks of life at home and abroad.In the face of the subversive changes brought by the emergence of new media forms and new communication means,the major media have made a lot of exploration and innovation in the content and form of the NPC and CPPCC reports.However,in 2019,the mainstream media for the first time used "video blog" in the reports of the two sessions,using the new video form to present a different look for the audience in the "two sessions",spreading the "two sessions"voice.This paper takes the expression way of mainstream media "two sessions" video blog as the research object,adopts the analysis method,case analysis method and content analysis method,discusses the general situation,specific performance,existing problems and optimization path of the expression way of "two sessions" video blog.This paper firstly studies the development status of the video blog of the mainstream media "two sessions",expounds the basic characteristics of video blog communication:personalized expression characteristics,diversified content output,instant sharing of social platform,and then expounds the reasons for the mainstream media to use video blog to report "two sessions" from four aspects:policy environment,business environment,technical environment and audience environment.Next,this paper uses statistical analysis and content analysis to study 408 samples which are selected from Weibo,and summarizes the overall situation,including five aspects of reporting length,reporting genre,reporting theme,presentation form(camera,sound screen,picture subtitle)and narrative mode(narrative perspective,time series,narrative rhythm and narrative style).Based on the research conclusions of the previous chapter,this paper makes an in-depth study of the expression methods of video blogs of the "two sessions" from three dimensions of production level,narrative level and presentation form.It finds that video blogs of the "two sessions" are manifested in such aspects as the establishment of citizen participation in news production,the multi-direction change of narrators' voice positions,the realization of experiential communication with civilian communication symbolsand some mainstream media have such defects as entertainment elements diluting the core value of news,"actors=people" restricting the spatial perception of news,and the lack of subtitle assistance for important content.Through the analysis of previous chapters,combined with outstanding case of the video blog eventually paper summarizes insist on differentiation content production,reasonable coordination of "background" and "front desk" scenario;Reshape "first person" narrative perspective,add unique narrative plot,improve the ability of the narrator nonlinear narrative;Flexible use of subtitle,as well as the music transmitted symbols,using new technology aided images to express the optimization tactics of the three aspects,trying to mainstream media "two sessions" video blog provide referential Suggestions.The conclusion consists of two parts,including the conclusion of the thesis,the deficiency and the prospect of the thesis.Based on the research conclusion,the proposed optimization path aims to provide some reference value for mainstream media to make better use of video blog to carry out the News report.
