A Study On The New Pattern Of Reports On "the Two Sessions" From The "People's Daily"

National People's Congress and National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference are considered to be "the top conference" which gather People's wisdom and strength to govern the country, they are also considered to be Chinese characteristic democratic and political pattern's great symbol. It can be said that today when reforms in the economic and political structure deepens day by day, "The two sessions" have played a pivotal role in our country's future construction and development, to a certain extent they decide the direction of our country's funture reform and social development.The reports on "The two sessions" are our country potical climate's barometer. As Central Committee of the Communist Party of Chinese official newspaper, "People's Daily" is the Chinese's most authoritative and influential party newspaper, it reports and reflects "The two sessions" accurately and promptly, and innovates reports of "The two sessions" year after year, simultaneously, the progress and dynamic of "The two sessions" are well reflected in "Peoples' Daily".Based on the definition of the concept of report pattern, this paper takes reports of "The two sessions" in 2007 and 2008's "People's Daily" as statistical analysis sample, inpect report situation of "The two sessions" in these two years comprehensively. First, it makes statistical analysis on these two years' important news section and "The two sessions" special issue, then makes inductions and analysis on the characteristic of the reports on "The two sessions" in "People's Daily". Through front analysis and review of reports on "The two sessions" in "People's Daily", this paper proposes the concept of "Procedural and Independent Report Pattern", and attempts to summarize several characteristics of this new pattern. The following part of this paper analyzes the causes which produce this pattern, in the ending part this pattern is appraised.
