The Design And Implementation Of General Management Platform For Technology Project

With the development of workflow technology, workflow-based management information system has been gradually recognized by many enterprises. But the traditional workflow system is lack for flexibility and practicality, it’s obvious that various project management information system can only be used exclusively for a single type of projects, resulting in a mass of software code and waste. Aiming at this problem, we introduce modeling customization supported workflow engine to solve the difficulty in business process control and dynamic workflow customization, and we use user interface system to solve the problem in the process of static page generation and management.The management in general technology project management platform includes the management of basic information and the management of project process, and the management of project process is the core of project management. This management platform is not a traditional, pure business level management system, but an unconventional management system. In some level, this platform is a kind of management means, which can solve the problems of low efficiency during the process of project management, scattered information, uncontrolled process, opaque information, irregularities and so on. At the same time, this platform provides necessary query interface for personnel department, finance department, training department and other management departments, and provides the corresponding support of conditions limits and statisticalmanagement functions for each management departments.This project management platform is developed by using B/S framework and based on model driven architecture, which is flexible to configure and easy to extend. For the current project management process in each field, this platform can provide good support and can dynamically load all models of the interface which have been configured. The introduction of workflow engine overcomes the problems of complex identification, difficulty development and maintenance caused by using identification flag in process management of traditional system. Through simple parameters configuration, the workflow engine can dynamically load standard process template, freely choose the customized process in process templates and easily cope with the various project management processes. This platform is implemented using Sping+Struts+Hibernate open source framework based JavaEE. Implement model elements workflow system need through designing suitable Java classes, model using XML language, and develop a simple, easy to use and lightweight workflow module with better upper function module interaction. The implement of interface management module is also based on the SSH framework, describes form element model using Java class and maps all kinds of meta model to business entities. Convert the concept in the field to element supported by HTML using the parser and display them through servlet, so as to implement an interface management module conforming to "agile development" with dynamic interaction and strong expansibility. Finally, on the basis of the two fundamental module which are project interaction process management module and project flow process management module, I designed and implemented the five modules that are necessary to the general management platform for technology project:project plan module, project application module, expert evaluation module, intermediate inspection module and project conclusion module.The project uses the college information system as the background, uses the whole process of all kinds of project management as the research object, analyses the demands and designs the system combining the actual special requirements, and designs and implements a set of customizable, resolvable, flexible, practical and model-driven workflow engine based general technology project management platform.
