Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of certain diseases has increased,and people’s awareness of caring for their own health has also increased.At the same time,with the rapid development of medical technology in my country,the ability of hospitals to cure diseases has been greatly improved,and the number of sick people seeking medical treatment has increased.The above reasons have brought great pressure to the operation and maintenance management of hospital building equipment in my country.Due to the complex characteristics of hospital buildings,the operation and maintenance management of construction equipment is difficult.At the same time,my country’s hospital operation and maintenance management methods and technologies are relatively backward,and the operation and maintenance management efficiency is low,resulting in high hospital construction equipment operation and maintenance costs.In recent years,with the implementation of my country’s medical reform,relevant documents pointed out that it is necessary to further promote "Internet + medical health" and strengthen the construction of smart hospitals.For this reason,combined with the current situation of hospital building equipment operation and maintenance management in my country and the development of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,this paper attempts to apply BIM technology in hospital building equipment operation and maintenance management to reduce its operation and maintenance costs and provide sustainable development for hospitals.Assure.Starting from the cost composition of hospital building equipment operation and maintenance,this paper analyzes the current stage hospital building equipment operation and maintenance cost composition,influencing factors and problems existing in operation and maintenance cost control,and combines the actual and BIM technology to build a BIMbased hospital building equipment operation and maintenance cost control.system.First,by measuring the operation and maintenance cost of hospital building equipment,the target cost is calculated by applying the target cost method.On this basis,the target cost is decomposed to form a cost plan,and the BIM operation and maintenance model is imported into the hospital operation and maintenance management platform.Monitor and record the operation status of construction equipment,regularly summarize the actual operation and maintenance cost and compare and analyze it with the planned cost,so as to detect and correct the cost deviation in time.Secondly,a cost assessment system is constructed to assess the cost control effect.In this paper,the COWA(Continuous Ordered Weighted Average)operator is used to determine the weight of the assessment index,and the set pair analysis theory is used to assess the cost control effect and obtain the corresponding results.Finally,combined with the actual project case,the proposed cost control system is introduced to verify the feasibility and applicability of the system.The results of this paper show that: BIM-based hospital building equipment operation and maintenance cost control can reduce the operation and maintenance cost,reduce the difficulty of operation and maintenance management,improve the operation and maintenance efficiency,and achieve the expected goals in terms of economy and comprehensive assessment.The application of BIM technology in other construction equipment operation and maintenance cost control provides a reference.
