To apply the Access database technology, onaccount of the exported data from BIM module, put in the specific contract information,cost information, equipment management department information, and employeeinformation, to establish a database for construction equipment operation maintenance,which could memory and manage the detailed information, realized the essentialinformation management of construction equipment, operation and maintenanceinformation, assemble unit management, contract management, cost management,supplier management, department information department, employee informationmanagement, realized the integrated management in the operation maintenance stage.Standing on the property operation manager’s point to put forward the visualmanagement mode and concrete implement progresses, clear and definite themanagement details for each participant, displayed the visualization performance andintegrated management for construction equipment by present cases simulate.BIM provide a data share platform, the managers could share the information ofeach participant, thus offered a convenient and rapid way to get information, realizedfast inquiry for equipment information, data statistics, saved a plenty time for manager,present a in time, simple and convenient, high-efficiency operation maintenance.
