Research And Implementation Of Equipment Operation And Maintenance Management System Of Water Resources Monitoring Station

At present,in the whole country,including the already built and under construction water resources monitoring stations,there are about 20 thousand.These monitoring stations are located in the seven major basins,spanning 32 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.They mainly realize the function of water quantity and water quality monitoring,show characteristics: large number,the type of complex,wide distribution,non unified management organization.In all provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,the operation and maintenance management mode of water resources monitoring stations is not consistent.To achieve a set of data collection and operation and maintenance management platform has a very important practical significance,the platform completes the collection of data collection center station online data,the collection and monitoring of the system operation condition data,the operation and maintenance management of hydrology and water resources monitoring equipment?The goal of this project is to research and develop a set of "water resources monitoring station equipment operation and maintenance system" which is a subsystem of "data collection and operation management platform".The main content of this topic is to develop a set of system for the use of third party operation and maintenance side,by means of social operation and maintenance,to assist the river basin,the provincial project office to achieve the maintenance and construction management of water resources monitoring system?It ncludes three function modules: operation monitoring,operation and maintenance services,decision analysis.In this paper,the author first has investigated the development of IT operation and maintenance system at home and abroad,compared the implementation of various products in China,and analyzed the difference between the operation and maintenance system of water resources monitoring station equipment and traditional IT operation system;Then I investigated and analyzed the current situation of equipment operation and maintenance of water resources monitoring station and the user community of the system,clarify the system boundary partition and functional requirements,non functional requirements,and on this basis gives the product architecture design and detailed functional design;At last,the paper makes a deep research and Analysis on the key application scenarios of the system,expounds its design concept and implementation scheme,and proves the feasibility of the system through testing.
