With the advent of the era of big data,information technology and Internet play an important role in people's daily life.Whether it is an enterprise or a government,the demand for integration,networking,convenience and intelligence of information systems in various fields is increasing.Environmental equipment including equipment CPU,storage equipment,power supply and distribution system,air-conditioning,fire-fighting equipment,etc.are gradually diversified and comprehensively configured.Facing more and more massive data generated,stored,and analyzed,data centers have become more and more complex and complicated,and problems such as management difficulties have become more prominent.Service vendors use emerging technologies such as cloud computing,so that managers no longer have to worry about the burden of increasingly bloated IT equipment on enterprises,but a series of problems followed,such as unclear operation and maintenance management processes,low efficiency of on-site inspections,large and disorderly operation and maintenance personnel,and paper-based record mode.Redefining the use of computing resources,the provision of service management,and the design of modular and customizable operation and maintenance services have become hot research directions.This paper analyzes the key functions of operation and maintenance management and control of equipment in information systems in the fields of industry,communication,medical and other fields through in-depth research on the current status of the development of the operation and maintenance management industry,and compares and summarizes mainstream operation and maintenance management products and businesses;this research proposes a set of equipment centralized operation and maintenance management and control mechanism,and analyzes the effectiveness and forward-looking of the mechanism to provide users with security management guarantee services in business work;combined with the e-government implementation project,after a needs analysis,a unified platform framework and event management process were used to design and implement a set of effective and feasible equipment centralized operation and maintenance management and control system,the system includes functional modules such as operation and maintenance services,monitoring and display,asset allocation management,and statistical reports.The collected equipment resources and environmental information data are transmitted to the resource configuration management database.After analysis,processing,and saving,visual alarm,diagnosis,and control functions are realized.Practice has proved the rationality,effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed equipment centralized operation and maintenance management and control mechanism.The system design is based on the ITIL theory,the platform architecture uses MVC modularization,the development language uses JAVA,the page design uses JSF architecture,and the My Sql database management tool is used to transmit data to the monitoring center in a protocol manner.At the same time,the system uses key technologies such as configuration management database technology,intelligent agent monitoring technology,monitoring data aggregation engine,dynamic baseline performance threshold analysis technology,and visual display platform,research contents such as automated inspection,asset management,and operation and maintenance quality quantification have been achieved.
