| The HJ Digital Health Service Platform is a strategic initiative to promote the upgrading of the elderly services industry at the national level,as China’s ageing is deepening and the digital era is developing,such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing technology,artificial intelligence and block chain,etc.It is conducive to improving the quality of life of the elderly and meeting their health needs.In 2020,HJ will officially launch the HJ Digital Health Service Platform,which will build a multi-wheel drive model of "Culture + IOT + Data + Service".The platform is still under construction and has been piloted on a small scale in communities in Quzhou and Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province.This paper takes the HJ digital health service platform as the research object and studies the improvement measures of the HJ digital health service platform.This paper analyses the HJ digital health service platform based on the platform economy theory,and examines the platform in four dimensions: the basic layer,the platform layer,the application layer and the user layer.There are 23 main service modules in total.The interview data was then analysed by means of rooted theory,and the main problems of the HJ digital health service platform were identified as the low level of user demand segmentation,the lack of resources,the lack of organisational coordination and the incomplete digital construction of the platform.The paper also studies how to improve the platform services from the perspective of the platform’s user layer.The paper conducts research on the platform’s elderly users through the questionnaire method,carries out empirical analysis on the research data based on the Kano model,divides the service function attributes of this HJ digital health service platform,and conducts research and analysis on the services of the smart elderly service platform by combining the satisfaction of different service function attributes,and finally proposes HJ Finally,the following measures are proposed to improve the HJ digital health service platform: firstly,from the user level,to make the platform form a higher level of dynamic balance between supply and demand;secondly,from the application level,to improve the level of intelligent elderly services supplied by the platform;thirdly,from the platform level,to strengthen the platform’s organization and coordination capacity to support service supply;fourthly,from the foundation level,to build a digital platform to guarantee service supply.The innovation of this paper is mainly the following three points: firstly,in terms of theoretical content,it enriches the applied research in the field of platform economy by combining the case study of HJ’s digital health service platform;secondly,in terms of research content,this paper proposes improvement countermeasures for the studied platform from four levels of the platform based on the platform economy theory;thirdly,in terms of research perspective,this paper applies the Kano model to the empirical study of HJ’s digital health Thirdly,in terms of research perspective,this paper applies the Kano model to the empirical study of HJ’s digital health service platform,which enriches the perspective of researching the field of smart elderly service platform. |
