With the continuous improvement of living standards and medical technology, the proportion of the elderly population in China has been increasing, resulting in the phenomenon of aging population is becoming more and more serious. At the same time, the elderly dependency ratio is rising, which increases the pressure of providing for the aged, making the issue of pension has become the focus of attention of the community. Under the background of the rapid development of the Internet technology, wisdom pension as a model of pension which using the Internet and information and communication technology to combine modern technology with traditional pension services is an innovative attempt to solve the problem of our country’s pension problem at present. Although the wisdom pension and its related industries in china are still in the primary stage, but this model of innovation in the pension has been vigorously supported by the state and the community, in the State Council "on actively promoting the" Internet plus "action guidance" clearly pointed out the need to promote the wisdom of the pension industry development, and the local community have carried out the research and exploration of the wisdom pension.Through the analysis of the domestic and external wisdom endowment model, information service platform, information technology and Internet technology, and other aspects of the study, comprehensive comparison of its advantages and disadvantages, the paper puts forward the research purpose of constructing intelligent information service platform for the aged. This wisdom pension information service platform is designed to meet the needs of the elderly daily life and entertainment, health care and other levels of pension services.According to the relevant theoretical basis and technical method of platform development, the paper established the development process of the platform. The first stage of the work is to carry out needs analysis and demand modeling, the second stage of the work is to carry out the system modeling, the third stage of the work is to carry out the system design and implementation.In the first stage, according to the user’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the wisdom pension information service platform, establish the goal and function of the system by UML (Unified Modeling Language) of information service platform system for requirements modeling. The demand modeling uses the domain model to describe the system model in order to reduce the total cost. The system model was visualized to outline the system’s behavior and data.In the second phase, based on the result of first stage modeling the application of the system, including the static model and dynamic model. The static model shows the structure of the system, and the dynamic model describes the workflow of the system. Drawing the dynamic model of the system in the form of activity diagram.Design and implementation of the system in the third stage. Design platform architecture based on MVC framework and distributed web site architecture, using distributed architecture with caching technology to ease the pressure on data access. According to previous work design the function of the system and suitable database for the system following system requirements.
