Since the implementation of China’s "Healthy China Action(2019-2030)" development strategy,we will promote the transformation of the concept of "cure" to "health" in order to improve people’s health with the joint efforts of the government, society and individuals.Furthermore, with the advancement of internet technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,as of March 2020,the number of internet users in China has reached 904 million.Under these two circumstances, there has been an enhancement in people’s health awareness and an increase in health demands. The channels for accessing health information have gradually shifted from traditional offline consultations to online health information platforms.Additionally, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has further highlighted the significance of researching health information platforms, improving platform services, and enhancing user satisfaction,as people primarily rely on online health information platforms to obtain relevant information while staying at home. The paper uses the healthy information platform Dr.Ding Shan APP as the research object, through the user experience five-factor theory building platform to influence the user’s experience of the element system, combined with the Kano model to conduct a questionnaire survey of the user,to quantify the impact of elements on user experience, according to the degree of influence of the elements, from the performance layer, framework, structural layers, scope layers and strategic layers to provide relevant optimization suggestions for health information platform. This study initially reviews the current research status of domestic and international health information platforms and user experience theories, and specifically employs the theory of five elements of user experience and the Kano model for investigation. The study selects Dr.Ding Shan APP as the research subject and delineates the framework of the app.Based on the five dimensions of user experience,a comprehensive system of 26 elements covering health information platform services is constructed through screening.Subsequently,a questionnaire is designed according to the principles of the Kano model, and survey results are collected from 220 users. The questionnaire responses are quantitatively analyzed, employing traditional classification methods of the Kano model and a hybrid index analysis,to preliminarily classify the 26 elements and dimensions based on their attributes.Furthermore, the Better-Worse coefficient method is used to examine the relationship between elements and user satisfaction. This analysis determines the degree of impact of the elements on user satisfaction, resulting in an optimization sequence for the health information platform elements. Finally, based on the attributes of the identified elements and dimensions,as well as their respective impact on user experience satisfaction, optimization recommendations are proposed.
