In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people have paid more and more attention to their own health.Due to the large population in China,the per capita share of medical resources is still very limited,and the levels of medical care and chronic disease prevention vary greatly in different regions.Therefore,under the background of "Internet + big data",it is urgent to establish a service system that integrates self-management and health promotion services for healthy people,sub-healthy people,and people with chronic diseases.Obviously,this kind of health promotion service platform is rich in functions,which will inevitably cause problems such as serious system coupling and redundant code.Therefore,in order to better implement this service model,this article uses microservices to decouple specific needs to achieve flexible and scalable smart health services for users and health management institutions.After a detailed analysis of the needs of this health service model,this thesis designs a health service platform based on a microservice architecture,and divides the functions of the subsystems according to business logic.From the perspective of efficient service of health managers and prevention of chronic diseases of community residents,a community health service subsystem was developed.The subsystem relies on the chronic disease diagnosis mechanism provided by the research group and a number of intelligent health examination equipment to ensure the validity and scientificity of the user's medical examination report and health data.The system is developed based on the ASP.NET framework and is specifically divided into six modules,followed by a home page module,a resident file management module,a health questionnaire module,a prescription management module,a report management module,and a system configuration module.In addition,in order to ensure the effectiveness and security of site health data upload,a data center based on Alibaba Cloud was built.At the same time,in order to ensure server load balancing and disaster recovery processing,the Navicat data timing upload module and RabbitMQ distributed message queue are deployed outside the subsystem.From the perspective of data services of health management institutions,relevant scientific research units,and the application evaluation of various community health service subsystems,the health cloud service subsystem was developed.This system was developed based on the ASP.NET framework and was divided into six modules,followed by quick view module,site information module,service evaluation module,statistical analysis module,individual query module and data export module.From the perspective of users' real-time health needs and personalized health interventions,a mobile health service subsystem was developed.This system is developed based on the Android system and is divided into homepage,questionnaire,report,sports,and my modules.In addition to the above business modules,this thesis not only optimizes the server data center,but also validates the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on the user interest model on the server side,and evaluates the effectiveness of the personalized recommendation algorithm in the experiment.Finally,the entire system is decoupled based on the idea of "microservices",and at the same time,data communication between subsystems is realized through the microservice interface.These subsystems ultimately constitute a smart health service platform based on the idea of "microservices".At the end of this article,we conducted a centralized test of the health management platform based on the microservices idea.The test content includes: 1.Functional verification by relevant modules in each subsystem;2.Application evaluation of platform health promotion effect.Because the test results and actual application evaluation results are good,the methods and results achieved in this article have certain reference value for the health service industry.
