Abstract/Summary:
After decades of industrialization reform and economic development,my country’s economy is currently undergoing a transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.At the same time,with the industrial upgrading,most of the domestic manufacturing industry has gradually transformed from inefficient,lowquality and foreign advanced production models to "Made in China".In practice,my country’s manufacturing industry has gradually shifted from "Made in China" to "Made in China".Undoubtedly,"Made in China" will become an inevitable trend in the development of my country’s manufacturing industry in the future.In recent years,an intelligent manufacturing production system represented by new sensors,intelligent production control systems,industrial robots,and automated production lines has been initially formed.However,in most domestic manufacturing workshops,there are still problems such as low production digitization and visualization,low production data analysis efficiency,low interaction efficiency between production equipment,and backward on-site monitoring methods for production equipment.In order to solve and optimize the above problems,this paper analyzes and applies digital twin technology to model the real physical equipment and production environment of the workshop,and defines the detection method of the complex event flow that drives the behavior of the virtual workshop by analyzing the workshop production process.The visual monitoring level of the production process in the workshop is improved.Then by analyzing the production requirements and goals,in order to strengthen the positioning of the manufacturing process in the production process and improve the collection level of various production data,this paper designs and implements a virtual production workshop and manufacturing system(MES)for process production.And analyzed the situation on site,designed the data collection scheme and database table structure.Compared with the traditional production mode,this method improves the information management level and data interaction efficiency of the production workshop.The event automaton model is used and the enhanced hash structure is proposed to promote the production process of real workshop production and virtual workshop.The virtual workshop production and the display of various production data are used as real-time views,and the manufacturing process,production prompts,production warnings,etc.are displayed in real time through the visual module of the visual kanban,which realizes the visual monitoring of the production process.Finally,in the real production process of the workshop,the rationality and feasibility of the workshop production monitoring platform are verified through good visualization,security,and efficient data collection and storage methods.
