Research And Application Of Key Technology Of Intelligent Factory Data Center Based On OPC UA

With the deeper development of the printing enterprises in the construction of intelligent factories,the production workshop of networking,intelligence and information has become an important part of the construction of intelligent factory.Because of the difference in brand of devices control system,multiple data channels for equipment in the production workshop coexist.In order to access the devices information of the production workshop,the upper application of the enterprise need to develop the data interface which is corresponding to the device.When the type and quantity of the devices are increasing,the communication mode of point to point will become more complex and the upper application of enterprise has to maintain more data interfaces.In order to realize the information construction of the production workshop,which means to solve the problem of efficient communication between upper application and production workshop.Aiming at the current situation of the printing enterprises with using OPC DA Specification to realize device data communication,this project proposes to integrate the existing multiple data channels through the development of OPC UA server and to establish data center for a unified access platform.The main contents involved are as follows:channel establishment of device data,device modeling,DA and UA data space communication,real-time data and historical data interface development under UA Specification unified framework,communication test between UA and Azure IoT cloud platform.This project has initially formed a MES and WMS application system based on the unified data center in the distributed network environment.By building a communication framework of workshop equipment based on DA-U A technology,this project combines the mature DA Specification and UA Specification based on network.what's more,It form a more practical production workshop data center,which has solved the practical problems in the current printing factory.Therefore this project has good application significance and a certain academic value.
