In recent years,with the development of advanced information and computer technology,intellectualization is the inevitable trend of the development of manufacturing industry.However,the practice of intelligent manufacturing always faces a bottleneck problem,that is,the interaction and integration of digital space and physical space.Digital twin technology is still in theoretical research,and its application is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,the research on the application of digital twin technology in production is of great significance to the development of intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,after analyzing the application status of digital twin technology in production line,this paper carries out requirement analysis on the digital twin system of the application project of this subject.Based on requirement analysis,the overall operation principle,function structure of the system,and three key technologies to be solved are put forward.Secondly,according to the function status of the production line,the digital twin model of various functional models in the production line is built.Aiming at the problem of data interaction between digital space and physical space,the system communication network architecture of OPC UA technology is designed,the source data integration model of UA server is built,and the data service program is developed.Driving mapping problem,using data communication network to communicate the digital space and physical space,using real-time data to drive the twin model real-time mapping of entities,and data statistics and storage of key data in the digital space.Finally,in the project of the subject,the whole system is implemented and validated,and the main results are displayed.
