With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,software has become an inaccessible part of people’s lives and work.In the Internet industry where software is a service and products are operations,in order to continuously improve competitiveness,companies must inevitably need software services that can continuously meet user needs and gain long-term recognition from users.This requires companies to be able to complete software delivery continuously,quickly,and with high quality.Compared with the software delivery cycle of competing products in weeks,the monthly delivery cycle of company M’s cloud disk software has severely affected the development of the cloud disk business,thereby affecting the overall benefits of company M.Aiming at the problem of long delivery cycle of cloud disk software,this article analyzes from the perspective of cloud disk software delivery process management.First of all,by combining the status quo of cloud disk software delivery process management and the value stream map of cloud disk software delivery process,it is found that cloud disk software delivery process management mainly has the problems of difficulty in demand change,difficulty in software integration,and serious waiting waste.Then,use DevOps process specification,DevOps technology value stream analysis method and fishbone diagram analysis method to analyze the cause of the problem and find out the cause of the problem.The main reason for the difficulty of changing requirements is that there are defects in the requirements review process and need to be improved.The specific manifestations are: one-time large-scale delivery results in failure to respond to the need to change,and a large number of documents and review meetings that do not produce direct value cause waste.The main reasons for the difficulty of software integration are: the software design and development process and the testing process have major problems that need to be reformed.The specific manifestations are: developers and testers have insufficient continuous integration experience,continuous integration tools are not perfect,testing does not have pre-driven development,The integration process is not automated.The main reason for the serious waste of waiting is that there are major problems in the deployment process,which are specifically manifested in the complex environment management of software operation and frequent manual operations.Finally,the proposed optimization plan is based on the core principles of DevOps as the improvement direction,and aims to shorten the delivery cycle of cloud disk software and improve software delivery efficiency.The ESIA analysis method is used to evaluate the requirements review process and software design and development process in the cloud disk software delivery process.The four sub-processes of software testing process and software launch verification are eliminated,simplified,integrated and automated and optimized,and finally a new software delivery process for cloud disk software delivery is optimized,and the software delivery platform is improved to solidify and optimize the process,thereby improving Software delivery capabilities.
