With the development of technology,the smart warehousing model that replaces the traditional manual supervision process with the smart equipment supervision system has become the development direction of the cold chain industry.This paper designs a set of semiautomatic intelligent cold chain cargo imminent early warning system with wireless data transmission,lightweight OCR identification algorithm framework and electronic label automatic early warning as the core technology for cold chain dairy FMCG contractors.The system optimizes the warehousing supervision process of industrial engineering,realizes the intelligent monitoring and management,and the price advantage of large-scale introduction is obvious,which greatly reduces the supervision cost,improves the warehousing technology of county and city-level small contractors in the cold chain industry,and provides the Provide new solutions for intelligent warehouse management in the cold chain industry.Using the methods of industrial engineering and management,this paper takes the contractor of Junlebao Cold Chain Dairy Products in City A—M Non-staple Food Company as an example,optimizes the original information management process according to the "ECRS" principle,and proposes a new method based on OCR.The technology’s automatic early warning management process for cold chain goods.In the warehousing process,the information is collected for the goods,and the system automatically collects the box information code and wirelessly transmits it to the information storage server;in the sorting process,the sorting personnel stack the shelves according to the batch information of the outer packaging of the goods;in the warehouse management In the link,the management personnel use the early warning electronic labels placed on the shelves to give early warning to the same batch of cold chain goods in the form of a temporary countdown,distribute the goods in time,and adjust the position of the stranded goods,so as to ensure that the goods are carried out within the time limit specified by the company.The timely delivery of dairy products in the period of expiry,the research contents of this paper include:1.In terms of supervision process,use the steps of operation analysis,program analysis,action analysis,time analysis,layout and movement analysis in IE technology to optimize the current M non-staple food company’s cargo information input and early warning process.According to the actual production process on site and the four principles of ECRS,the system improvement and optimization plan are designed,and it is proposed to analyze and improve the traditional monitoring management process from the aspects of hardware equipment and software design,so as to achieve the goal of intelligent information warehouse management.2.In terms of hardware,a 940 nm infrared receiving and photosensitive probe is used to design a voltage amplification design circuit through PFM modulation and demodulation,so as to realize the wireless transmission and reception of image signals.The video signal is transmitted to the central processing unit,and the original wired data transmission is improved to infrared video wireless transmission,which reduces the maintenance cost caused by the original wired transmission,and increases the data security of the system and the features of easy installation.Real-time security and accurate identification of information,adding digital electronic labels to early warning of the same batch of expiring goods,realizing efficient management of goods,and further promoting the process of system intelligence.3.In software design,use OCR technology to identify and enter the code of goods.In data processing,video preprocessing is performed first,video frames are acquired by Open Cv algorithm,image preprocessing is performed by Pillow algorithm,video frames are recognized by Chinese-ocr as the algorithm framework,and the recognition results are stored in the information storage server,and then whether the product is real-time judged.When the warning time arrives,finally use the Py Qt5 module to design a brief and practical QT interface to display the warning.So as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the automatic early warning of cold chain logistics goods.
