| Green smart city is based on clean energy and information technology,which are the safeguard to achieve the efficient and smart development of city and ecological transformation,the basis for the sustainable development of social economy and the inevitable trend of urban development.Thus it is significant to strengthen the evaluation of development of green smart city.Base on the summary of the research status of green city,smart city and green smart city at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the relevant theories of green smart city;On the basis of relevant theories of entropy method,cloud model and Support Vector Machine,this thesis combines the connotations of green smart city,utilizes theoretical research,experimental study and combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to conduct a empirical research on the development of green smart city with 35 sample cities in China,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measurements for the development of cities according to the connotations of green smart city.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of this research;analyzes the domestic and foreign related research on green city,smart city and green smart city.Considering the deficiency of current researches on the evaluation of green smart city,this thesis confirms its research perspective,and introduces the idea of the evaluation for the 35 sample cities by using the structure chart.The second chapter firstly elaborates relevant basic theories of green smart city,from the two aspects of green city and smart city,and the concept and main part of green smart city.Then it mainly introduces the related theories of entropy method,cloud model and Support Vector Machine,leading to the evaluation method adopted by this thesis.The third chapter mainly expounds the construction of evaluation index system of green smart city,according to the basic principles of the evaluation index system,from support,social,economic and ecological levels,designs a modeling framework for the evaluation system;then it combines with the connotations of green smart city,and constructs a set of initial green smart city evaluation index system.The fourth chapter mainly carries out an empirical evaluation of the development of green smart city in 35 sample cities.Firstly,it collects the effective index data of the 35 samples cities in China,and screens out redundant index from the initial index collection to establish a new evaluation index system of green smart city,which accords with the current situations of our country.Then it analyzes the development of 35 sample cities throughentropy method and cloud model to obtain the grades of green smart city in the 35 sample cities,which are then compared an analyzed using Support Vector Machine evaluation method.Finally,it analyzes the 35 samples in five grades of development,i.e.high,relatively high,ordinary,relatively weak,and weak,and provides corresponding measurements and suggestions.The fifth chapter is based on the research and analysis above,and summarizes the research findings and shortcomings thereof. |
