| At present,the structure and function of large buildings are becoming more and more complex.The traditional operation and maintenance management can't meet the needs of large buildings.What's more,the work efficiency is low while the operation and maintenance cost is high.With the in-depth research and application of BIM technology,BIM-based large-scale construction operation and maintenance management has attracted the attention of the research community and the construction industry.It is of great practical value to study BIM-based park operation and maintenance system.This thesis takes the operation and maintenance system management project of a park in Zhengzhou as the background,and based on the open source system BIMserver,studies and designs the park operation and maintenance management system(BIMYWS)based on BIM.The specific work is as follows:(1)Requirement analysis and design of BIM-YWS system.The requirement analysis of BIM-YWS system is carried out,and the function of the system is analyzed and designed by using object-oriented analysis.The open source system BIMServer is studied and analyzed.The configuration of BIMserver and the functions of the system are introduced.The research and analysis of the open source system BIMServer introduces the configuration of BIMserver and the functions of the system,and describes the relationship between the key functional modules of the BIMserver system in the form of a class diagram,and expounds the workflow of the system function implementation.(2)Evacuation path planning based on BIM model.The building information model of the commercial complex building in the park is established by using the Revit modeling software,and the escape route in the large building is studied based on BIMserver.Smoke and temperature factors generated by fire environment are analyzed for their influence degree on personnel evacuation.Log function is used to show the extent of its impact on evacuation,and the influence degree is quantized into geometric length.The BIM server is used to analyze and process the BIM model to obtain the relevant data of evacuation path.The ant colony algorithm is used to obtain the optimal evacuation path.(3)Evacuation route display based on BIMviews.Based on B/S architecture and BIMviews open source technology,this thesis presents the optimal evacuation path obtained by the above BIM model in the form of three-dimensional visualization.The configuration and system functions of BIMviews are studied and analyzed.The data flow of obtaining IFC evacuation model files based on BIMviews is given.The relevant modules such as rendering engine and geometry structure in BIMserver are invoked to render the evacuation path in three-dimensional form. |
