| During the period of COVID-19,the national colleges and universities carried out "Suspension does not stop teaching, suspension does not stop school",and launched a large-scale online teaching practice. The university library,as the Centre for Documentation and Information of higher education,is committed to serving the teaching activities and scientific research tasks of teachers and students in colleges and universities. It has certain theoretical and practical significance to explore the online teaching support service strategy of the high school library. From the past research literature, the domestic research on the online teaching support service of university library is less, the research method is not deep enough, and lack of empirical research.Foreign research is mostly individual case study, failed to form a wide range of online teaching support service method.Taking Sichuan Province, which is an important part of the southwest, northwest and central China as an example, combined with the service initiatives and related theoretical research of the University Libraries in the whole province during the period of COVID-19,this paper corrections the development of the mature LibQUAL+ service quality evaluation model, and constructs an evaluation model with 3 evaluation dimensions and 22 core items, and proposes a research hypothesis that three evaluation dimensions, namely service effect, service environment and information acquisition, all have positive effects on the overall service quality.According to the localized evaluation model, this paper designs a survey questionnaire for users and libraries.Through the pre-survey,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are verified. Then, through the combination of online survey and offline survey,a large-scale formal survey is conducted for university libraries in Sichuan Province and their user groups.During the research period,a total of 1043 questionnaires were collected, including 965 valid questionnaires and78 invalid ones, with a recovery rate of 92.5%.Among the 965 valid questionnaires,93 were library questionnaires and 872 were user questionnaires. After sorting out and making statistics on the survey data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the indicators that affect the service quality.Through multiple linear regression analysis, the three research hypotheses are verified. The results show that the factors that affect the overall quality of online teaching support service of university library are information acquisition, service environment and service effect in order of importance, and there are some differences in the evaluation of each service level between user groups and libraries themselves.Based on the survey data, this paper proposes strategies for improving the teaching support services of university libraries from two aspects: the emergency mode and the post-epidemic period. The teaching support service of university library under the emergency mode has the following suggestions: for the dimension of information acquisition,we should optimize the layout of library home page, highlight the presentation of retrieval function, adapt a variety of terminal devices, and pay attention to the experience of mobile phone;for the dimension of service environment,we should integrate library home page labels, beautify website design, and cultivate professional technical talents;for the dimension of service effect,we should strengthen the integration of digital resources, especially pay attention to the provision of characteristic resources, strengthen the publicity and expand characteristic reading promotion activities. In the postepidemic period, university libraries should improve the teaching support service standards, establish the library teaching support service network, strengthen inter library cooperation, and pay attention to the integration and provision of online information resources. |
