Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Chengdu Museums Public Cultural Services

The "public cultural service" is the important content of the public service provided by the government to meet the basic cultural needs of the citizens.It is one of the contents to measure the socialist construction of our country.As a public cultural institution,the museum plays an important role in the construction of public cultural service system,and it is an important part of public culture.At the same time,the museum is also an organization providing public cultural services,that is to say,the management of the museum and the public cultural services it provides also belong to the scope of public utilities management.A good modern public culture service system is an important foundation for strengthening China’s own soft power.As a region for the national civilized city,Chengdu has been working to build a complete,sustainable and generalized cultural system.There are great breakthroughs and changes in the content of Contemporary Museum Cultural Services.In Chengdu,not only do we have natural museums with hundreds of years history,but also museums showing the changes in the times of modern Chengdu.It is not only a platform for learning and communication of the masses,a place for us to inherit experiences,to learn,to think and to live,but also an indicator of human civilization and social development.In this paper,Chengdu Museum refers to all kinds of museums in Chengdu.This paper takes the public cultural service of Chengdu museum as the research object,through the study of relevant literature,relevant policies and regulations,based on the public management science,this paper uses the new public management theory and public service theory,and proceed from the three dimensions of the public cultural service,includes the main content,basic functionsand inherent requirements,the paper establishs a three-dimensional model of museum public cultural service investigation.Through the investigation of the current situation of public cultural services in Chengdu museums,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,objectively shows the actual situation of public cultural services of Chengdu museums,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the public cultural services of Chengdu museums.The writing structure of this paper is mainly divided into five parts: the first part describes the writing basis of this paper,analyzes the research background,significance and research methods,describes the related research at home and abroad,and draws the technology roadmap of this paper;the second part analyzes the related concepts and theoretical basis of public cultural services and museums,establishes a three-dimensional model of museum public cultural services,and analyzes the three-dimensional observation elements,so as to find the entry point of this paper;the third part investigates and analysis the current status of public cultural services of Chengdu museums,it includes a questionnaire on museum employees and visitors,and interviews with supervisors of administrative department,so as to complete the survey and statistical analysis;the fouth part analyzes the existing problems and causes of public cultural services of Chengdu museums,and introduces some mature cases of museums in other cities at home and abroad;the fifth part is the countermeasures of the problems existing in the public cultural services of Chengdu museums,in view of the problems analyzed in the fourth part,from strengthening the awareness of museum public cultural services,strengthening the construction of museums and collection resources,reforming the management mode,enhancing the educational functions,changing concepts and enhancing service awareness,strengthening the cultivation and introduction of innovative talents,and using new media to improve the quality of public cultural services of Chengdu museums,developing creative peripheral products relying on museums,this paper gives reasonable suggestions on the above aspects,we can gradually solve the practical problems,improve the quality of public cultural services of Chengdu museums,and promote the healthy and vigorous development of field of cultural relics and museums.We are in an era of cultural rise.In the background of advocating innovation and development,we hope that we can draw a conclusion from the study of Chengdu and make better work of museum’s innovation.We hope to provide valuable reference for the development of national museum’s public cultural service.
