| Quality management is one of the most important knowledge fields in project management.The quality of products has a great influence on the success or failure of the whole project.Especially for the public security industry,the software project construction cycle is long,the project stakeholders are numerous,and the software complexity is high.The quality management of software project has become a difficult problem,and the quality of software products is directly related to the effectiveness of public security science and technology information construction.If the quality of software products is unstable,it will bring great risks to the implementation of the project.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the quality management of software projects,in the process of software project implementation,we should comprehensively consider the project management process and improvement plan,and do a good job in the quality management of software projects.The research object of this paper is the quality management problems in the implementation process of ZX system development project of A company,starting from the quality management status of ZX system development project,introduces the existing problems and difficulties of quality management,and analyzes the causes of the problems and the necessity of improvement.According to the quality problems of ZX system,Pareto chart and causal analysis chart are used to analyze the causes of defects.PDCA cycle is used for continuous quality improvement.From the dimensions of quality planning,quality assurance and quality control,software quality management process is standardized,and improvement measures and solutions for software development project quality management process are proposed.Taking the quality management of ZX System development project of A company as an example,this paper introduces the application of improvement measures and solutions in the actual construction process of the project,analyze and evaluate the implementation effect of the scheme,and explains the problems encountered in the implementation process and solutions.The conclusion of this study is expected to provide decision-making guidance for A company and related enterprises. |
