| With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,office information has become a new direction of enterprise office development,and because of the increasing demand for office automation,the age of office automation has come.At present,4G network has achieved full coverage and has become the main communication network nowadays.Mobile terminals have been widely promoted after the popularity of 4G network,and mobile office has become a trend.The research of OA mobile system is of great practical significance.The mobility of enterprise office system is called mobile office,which enables business members to handle company business conveniently.Mobile office system enables users to conveniently handle company document access,document approval,news and information browsing on intelligent terminals.The mobile office system designed in this paper is based on the Android platform,and the Oracle database is used to save important data.The paper first describes the characteristics of office automation and the research status of mobile office system,and then expounds the theoretical basis of the system development model,workflow engine,Hibernate middleware technology,database technology,and then analyzes the requirements of office automation in a company,and analyzes the security model of the system.The relevant modules of the mobile office system are designed,including the network topology,system architecture,access mode and the design of main functions.Then the functions of each module of the mobile office system are realized,including the functions of login,process management,report,news,address book,UI interface and other modules.Finally,the design of this paper is tested.The integrity and concurrent processing performance of the system.Experimental results show that the system designed in this paper has perfect functions and concurrent processing capability to meet the established needs.The office automation system designed in this paper meets the information requirement of a company.In a sense,it will improve the information level of the company and improve the office efficiency of the company.The company’s core competitiveness in the market has been greatly improved. |
