Mobile Office System Design And Implementation

With the development of enterprise,people take more attention to the daily office work. An excellent office automation system can standardize daily behavior, enhance internal management,save labor costs, optimize business process and improve working efficiency.For the above, this paper analyzed the developing of the office automation system in China. Combined with the practical demands of mobile office automation system, this paper designs a solution to the office automation system based on Java platform and developes a prototype system. This system combine the short message and the mobile clients to make the information transmitted faster and make people work anywhere with no limit. The main content are as follows:(1) Analysis of current development of office automation systems, from which extract the most basic functions that have been commonly used, and the specific use and implementation details of each feature are described in detail.(2) Design and implement the system's basic management functions. As the basis and core module of each software, the system management achieve the user management and configuration parameters.(3) Design and implementation the personal management module in office automation system. This module provides the function of user login, which is the premise to the user to use the system. Meanwhile, personal information management are also implemented in this module.(4) Design and implementation internal mail system, which make the enterprise information and data transmission more convenient, communication faster.(5) Design and implementation document management system, which make the creation, receipt, transfer of documents automatically through software, which lead work can be coordinated between internal departments and various roles.(6) Based on the study of some key technology on the currently most popular JavaEE platform, build on an office automation system on Java platform, which has good infrastructure, and facilitate future updates and expansion.(7) Through the JavaME technology, develop the mobile client, so people can access office automation by the phone system, and make most of the daily required functions, truly achieving anytime, anywhere working.(8) The combination of systems and short message cat can automatically send a number of important issues to the user, which effectively avoid the forgotten of important information in daily work.This system can be deployed on web servers. It greatly improves the efficiency of information sharing within the enterprise, the collaboration of workers and the business monitor as well.
