In recent years, with the improvement of information level, enterprises and public institutions, as well as governmental agencies have established respective various information systems of digitized cooperative office system, etc. With the rapid development of social economy and intensification of market competition, the fixed networking office has already can’t continue to adapt to fast-paced and high-efficient office requirements. Under this circumstance, mobile office rises in response to the proper time and conditions. On the other hand, mobile office is a brand-new field. Based on digitized cooperative office, by combining with various intelligent mobile terminals effectively, it makes users never become restricted to a certain office area or specific time. As a matter of fact, it can realize mobile office in real significance. In this way, this improves user work efficiency greatly and achieves office automation and socialization ultimately. For this reason, this paper designs corresponding data interactive interface, which converts this cooperative office management system to a management platform that interacts with mobile system and covers full life circle of this system. It eliminates the malpractice of “information isolated island” and lays a foundation on future system function extension.The paper selects fashionable Android intelligent terminal to consider as the basic mobile platform for the sake of designing and realizing digitalized cooperative mobile office scheme. Nowadays, many enterprises and public institutions have a set of digitalized cooperative office information system. Therefore, based on existing Web digital cooperative office information management system, the paper designs a prepositive server and utilizes management methods of software engineering to analyze actual demands and business process of digitalized cooperative mobile office system, analyzes and designs each function module of client by combining with characteristics of Android platform, proposes an overall design scheme of digitalized cooperative mobile office client based on the Android platform and elaborates some main technical parameters adopted in the system in detail. In order to be convenient for follow-up secondary maintenance and secondary development, after project completion, the design of this digitalized cooperative mobile office system applies coupled mode. The paper combines with international comparatively mature and extensive intelligent card technology to ensure the data security in digitalized cooperative office system. This project specializes in proposing and designing security module of “security access platform” to ensure the safety of application operating environment and user data information. In order to reduce development cost and development cycle, the paper takes advantage of original digitalized cooperative office information management system server and designs a prepositive server to connect with original cooperative office system.After project completion, this system figures out various function modules of mobile office client, such as security access module, login module, flow processing module, accessory download and view module, as well as software update module, etc. in accordance with standard software development process. On the basis of ensuring user data information safety, the paper designs mobile office client, which has faster browsing speed, simple and easy interface and excellent user experience.
