Abstract/Summary:
Dim and small point targets detection in infrared image is a key technology in defense and weapon systems such as infrared search and tracking system,infrared early-warning system and infrared guidance system.Real-time display of a position within stable,wide-field infrared image is helpful to improve system performance.As for the real weapon systems,how to make the best of infrared target detection techniques to improve the ability of target detection and to catch the related information about the invading targets,have important significance for improving the performance of weapon systems.This paper aims at low-altitude warning environment,the implementation and design of the display module in the infrared warning system is the main research topic.The composition of the system based on FPGA and DSP.Firstly,the paper analyzes the system hardware design and presents the process of data transmission between DSP and FPGA.Analysis of the selection of the image storage and complete the image storage controller used by FPGA with the timing characteristics of the storage.Secondly,the article completes the video encoding design and converts infrared images into standard streaming video with the television scanning principle and the characteristics of the infrared image.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems and solutions for system commissioning.
