Key Technology Of Infrared Thermal Imaging Temperature Measurement System And Hardware Implementation

The Infrared thermal imaging and temperature measuring system researched by ourselves which makes use of high resolution digital temperature measuring technique can finish high precision untouched temperature measurement. In my paper, bring forward temperature, measuring equation of infrared thermal imaging temperature measuring equation based on infrared radiate; based on core component uncooled infrared focus plane array' s output features of the temperature measuring system, I have studied thoroughly the hardware realization of different nonuniformity correction algorithms. According to analyzing the results of experiment, our system uses improved one correction algorithm to rectify detector' s nonuniformity at a real time and uses 2D-TDI algorithm to eliminate noise, enhance signal noise ratio (SNR). The system compensates the error due to image processing algorithms to temperature measuring precision' s effects, and finishes the data exactly exchange with the back temperature measuring. At last, the system realize abundantly temperature measuring video display function, may receive legible pseudo-color image from LCD and monitor.The core hardware design of Infrared image processing platform and video display system in this paper is mainly composed of FPGA which realizes the infrared image processing algorithms and video display function. In logical program, I adopt pipeline design technique which can extremely enhance the processing velocity of chip.Experiments indicate: Infrared thermal imaging and temperature measuring system is steady and credible. Compared with the congener high-cost products in abroad and home its image quality and temperature measuring precision are very perfect.
