| With the deepening of education reform,education departments and schools have carried out many reforms and adjustments to education and teaching in order to meet the needs of social and economic development,among which one of the latest reform measures is the "double reduction" policy.Autonomous learning ability refers to the ability to study independently,explore and solve problems,and to independently acquire knowledge and skills and apply them to practical situations.Independent learning ability is one of the very important abilities in modern education.Especially under the background of "double reduction",independent learning ability can help students enhance their sense of self-value,think independently to solve problems and realize self-value growth.Using a questionnaire method,the fifth and sixth grade students were investigated from three dimensions of metacognitive ability,self-management planning ability and self-attribution ability.Use the interview method to further understand and analyze the causes of the existing problems.The results show that under the background of "double reduction",the independent learning ability of senior students is at the middle level,among which the self-management planning ability is the best,and the metacognitive ability and self-attribution ability are poor.In addition,there are certain differences in the independent learning ability of senior students in different genders,grades and parents’ academic level.These are due to the following reasons: first,poor independent learning habits;second,teachers lack of guidance for students ’independent learning time and students’ independent learning practice;third,the school does not use students ’independent learning as an evaluation index and lack of teachers’ independent learning strategies;fourth,parents lack of guidance awareness for students ’independent learning,ignore the construction of family independent learning environment,and low cultural accomplishment hinder the development of students’ independent learning ability.Based on the above studies and the cause analysis,put forward the countermeasures to improve the independent learning ability of senior students under the background of "double reduction" : first,students should make clear the goal of independent learning,and participate in independent learning activities;second,teachers strengthen students ’concept of independent learning,guide students’ independent learning strategies,guarantee students ’independent learning time,create students’ independent learning activities tasks,and take care of the gender differences of students’ independent learning;third,the school formulates the evaluation system of students’ independent learning,carries out the independent learning strategy guidance training for teachers,and carries out the publicity of the independent learning ability for parents;fourth,parents help students to establish the concept of independent learning,create a good independent learning environment,and improve their self-cognition and cultural accomplishment. |
