The purpose of the "double reduction" policy is to strengthen the classroom education of school education teachers and improve students’ comprehensive quality by reducing students’ schoolwork burden The key to implement the "double reduction" policy is to improve education,and one of the key links is to improve students’ autonomous learning ability Based on this,this paper examines the status quo of primary school students’ autonomous learning ability from the perspective of humanism under the policy of "double reduction";At present,the influencing factors of primary school students’ autonomous learning ability improvement are put forward through practical exploration,and the improvement suggestions and strategies are put forward to lay the foundation for students’ comprehensive and lifelong learning The research adopts questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of students’ autonomous learning,then edits the interview outline of students’ teachers and parents to supplement more specific information,according to the questionnaire data,synthesizes the problems existing in students’ autonomous learning,and then carries out practical research,adopts model demonstration method as the main method,and mainly strives for the support of home,school and peers to form educational synergy,and carries out teaching activities from three aspects: cultivating students’ basic ability,stimulating autonomous learning motivation and guiding scientific self-control ability to explore ways to improve primary school students’ autonomous learning ability.Finally,it gives strategic suggestions from four aspects of students,schools,teachers and parents to improve primary school students’ autonomous learning ability.Specifically,this paper will be composed of the following parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the main content and significance of the research background,the literature review at home and abroad,and the definition of the core concepts The second chapter is the investigation of the present situation of primary school students’ autonomous learning ability.From the dimensions of learning motivation,learning content,learning time,learning strategy,learning result and so on,we can find out the present situation of students’ autonomous learning ability The third chapter is the influencing factors of pupils’ autonomous learning ability,which are carried out from subjective and objective aspects by using grounded theory The fourth chapter is the practical exploration and research of pupils’ autonomous learning ability improvement.Through the practice of teachers’ guidance,model demonstration,peer mutual assistance,etc.,educational activities are carried out and compared with the control class,and the practical results are summarized.The conclusion is that the path of improving pupils’ autonomous learning ability can be developed through school support,parents’ cooperation with teachers’ training and students’ self-support,and the above four parties can effectively promote the improvement of pupils’ autonomous learning ability after forming a joint force The fifth chapter is the strategy suggestion of improving primary school students’ autonomous learning ability The sixth chapter is reflection and prospect retrospective research,self-thinking and prospect.
