| The implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy puts forward higher requirements for primary school students’ self-management ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve primary school students’ self-management ability under the background of the "Double Reduction" policy and promote the all-round development of primary school students.This study investigates the current situation of primary school students’ self-management ability under the "Double Reduction" policy by means of investigation and research,and finds that primary school students have weak self-planning ability,lack of self-regulation ability and lack of self-evaluation ability.The reason is mainly influenced by internal factors such as insufficient self-management motivation,weak will and limited self-knowledge of primary school students and external factors such as schools and families.In view of the causes of the problems,this study puts forward the countermeasures of combining internal promotion with external reinforcement,so as to stimulate primary school students’ self-management awareness and improve their self-management ability. |
