Tennis has a very important role in the development of sports, and is the second most influential sport in the world after football, and many universities in China offer tennis courses.Nowadays, the traditional teaching method is mainly adopted in the teaching process of tennis special classes in universities, which does not pay good attention to the individual differences between different students. The long-term development of the class will result in uneven standards and slow improvement of skills. The dynamic layered teaching method is that teachers divide students into multiple levels according to their individual differences, and in the teaching process, they develop corresponding teaching programmes and corresponding content intensity, implement relevant teaching methods and means for students of different tier types, etc. In the teaching practice, the learning situation of different students is assessed several times, and then the teaching practice is carried out in layers,so that each student is at the appropriate level, gaining effective practice and ultimately achieving physical improvement as well as improving tennis skills. This study is based on promoting the improvement of the teaching quality of tennis special classes in colleges and universities, taking innovative teaching methods as the starting point, using literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods, mathematical and statistical methods, teaching experiments and other research methods to apply the dynamic tiered teaching method to the teaching practice of tennis special classes for 2019 students in Tianjin Sports College, comparing the differences between the dynamic tiered teaching method and the traditional teaching method in terms of improving the teaching effect and the feasibility of its application.I.Research results:1.In terms of students’ physical fitness, both the dynamic tiered teaching approach and the conventional method can increase students’ physical fitness to a certain extent, with speed, explosive, flexibility and endurance all improving after one semester of study.2.In terms of students’ tennis skills, both the dynmically layered approach and the traditional approach can improve students’ tennis skills to a certain extent, such as depth of baseline stroke, accuracy of baseline stroke, depth of interception, accuracy of serve and movement ability, but the students in the experimental group using the dynamically layered approach have significantly higher scores after the experiment than the control group using the traditional approach, and there is a significant. There was a significant difference, and the improvement in all techniques was higher than that of the traditional teaching method.3.In terms of students’ interest and participation in learning, both the experimental and conventional teaching approaches improved students’ interest and participation in learning to a certain extent, but the experimental group using the dynamic layered teaching approach scored significantly higher than the control group using the supplementary teaching approaches, and there was a significance difference, and the improvement in interest and participation in learning was higher than that of the conventional teaching approach.II.Conclusions of the study:1.Teaching using the dynamic tiered teaching method requires a reasonable increase in the physical fitness aspect of the teaching schedule.2.The dynamic tiered teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in improving students’ tennis skills.3.The dynamic tiered approach is more effective than the traditional approach in increasing students’ interest and participation.4.The dynamic tiered teaching method is more effective than the traditional teaching method. |
