In 2020,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era".The "Opinions" pointed out the specific requirements for deepening the reform of physical education in school physical education,which is another milestone in the development and reform of youth sports in my country.policy.The country’s high emphasis on school sports has aroused heated discussions in the sports circles and related groups,and the junior high school stage of compulsory education is a critical period for students’ personality development.The content involved in the physical education courses at this stage includes basketball,football,volleyball,martial arts,etc.Among them,basketball is not only popular among students,but also one of the Nantong Sports Middle School Entrance Examination items.This research mainly applies the dynamic layering method to physical education,and compares it with the traditional teaching method,discusses the practical application effect of this teaching method in junior high school basketball courses,and deeply analyzes the advantages of dynamic layering teaching method.It provides a new direction for the reform and innovation of Nantong’s teaching mode,and also provides a certain reference for the application of dynamic layered teaching method in junior high school basketball courses.This paper mainly uses the method of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics to conduct research,taking the students of the 2019 grade of Beicheng Middle School in Nantong City as the experimental objects,for a period of 12 Weekly experiment,in which5 classes in the third grade are experimental classes,and 6 classes in the third grade are the control classes.By comparing the test results before and after the experiment,and using SPSS and EXCEL software to analyze the results of the two classes’ exercise attitude,physical fitness and basketball special skills,the following conclusions are drawn after research and data analysis: First,based on "humanistic theory",the dynamic layered method is conducive to students’ mastery of basketball skills;second,the dynamic layered method has rich and diverse teaching content,and students prefer this method;third,in the physical fitness test of the experimental class and the control class after the experiment,whether it is Both the traditional teaching method and the dynamic layering method can promote the students,and the dynamic layering method has a positive effect on the jumping,agility and strength of the two items of the sitting body forward bend and the 30-second standing push-up.Girls have a greater improvement effect;fourth,the dynamic stratified teaching method has little impact on students’ exercise attitude in the short term.In the process of experiment implementation,the author also found some deficiencies.For this reason,this paper puts forward some suggestions: first,the traditional teaching method needs to be further optimized;The third is to establish a dynamic management system.In the process of dynamic management,it is necessary to pay attention to the psychological activities of students,communicate and guide in a timely manner.It needs to spend more energy to ensure the atmosphere of the class and maintain the discipline of the class;fourth,the school should encourage the development of dynamic stratified teaching.Systematic training and learning to promote the reform and innovation of teaching methods. |
