In the teaching of tennis,there are many ways for beginners to use static feeding balls in the past,and some scholars have suggested that dynamic feeding is helpful for faster mastery,which has not been studied in the past.In this paper,40 male students in hefei preschool normal college were divided into two groups with dynamic and static teaching effects.Through the study of literature,experiment and other methods,the results are as follows(1)Through the T test of the technical test scores of the non-sports basic group,P<0.05 was obtained,indicating that there were significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the students who did not exercise basics used the static feeding method better than the dynamic feeding ball.(2)Through the T test of the technical test scores of the sports basic group,P<0.05 was obtained,indicating that there were significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the students who exercised the basics of the dynamic feed were better than the static feed.Through the T test on the technical test scores of students who have dynamic and non-athletic dynamic feeding,P<0.05,indicating that there are significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the dynamic feeding method is better than the students with sports foundation.It is better for students who have no sports foundation to teach.(3)Through the T test of the static group before and after the standing long jump,50 meters,and the upward pull-up experiment,P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference before and after the experiment,indicating that static feeding does not improve the physical strength such as strength and speed.The 1000-meter T test was P<0.05 before and after the experiment,indicating that there was a significant difference before and after the experiment,indicating that static feeding can improve endurance.Through the T test of the dynamic group in the standing long jump,50 meters,pull-up,1000 meters before and after the experiment,it was found that P<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference before and after the experiment,indicating that dynamic feeding can improve strength,speed,Endurance and other physical qualities.
