With the increasing popularity of tennis among students in Chinese universities,the number of people applying for tennis classes continues to increase.However,the shortage of teaching resources has become a common problem.At the same time,due to the high difficolty and intensity of learning tennis sports,as well as the limitations of single teaching methods,limited venues,and large numbers of people,many students still cannot master tennis skills after completing the course.In this context,the Kuaiyi tennis teaching method has become a very effective teaching method.For beginners,this method involves corresponding design and transformation of venues,equipment,and other equipment,which can reduce the difficulty for students to learn tennis skills in the early stages,enhance their interest and enthusiasm.in learning tennis,and enable them to quickly master the basic technical movements of tennis.In view of this the study applies tennis teaching methods to elective tennis courses in universities,with the aim of enriching tennis teaching methods in universities,improving the quality and effectiveness of tennis teaching in universities,exploring the practical value of fast and easy tennis teaching methods in university tennis courses,and providing,certain reference for the reform and innovation of tennis courses in Chinese universities.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.According to the characteristics of tennis and the current learning situation of tennis elective courses,by integrating the teaching meth ods of Kuaiye tennis into the tennis elective courses of Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology,the research on the application effect of Kuaiye tennis teaching methods in college tennis forehand and backhand stroke teaching is discussed.The study takes two classes of students in the 2021 tennis elective course at Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology as the experim ental subjects.One class is randomly selected as the experim ental class and the other class is the control class,with 24 students in each class totaling 48 students in both classes.We will use Kuaiyi tennis teaching method and traditianal teaching method for 16 weeks and 32 class hours of tennis teachingTo ensure the teaching experiment,two types of tests were conducted on relevant indicators before the experim ent.After completing the teaching experiment,we conducted post experime ental tests on relevant indicaitors;Analyze the data of experimental test results.Draw the following canclusi on:1.Both traditional tennis teaching methods and Kuaiyi tennis teaching methods have a certain effect on improving the technical performance evaluation of tennis elective courses for students.There was no significant difference.2.In the teaching of college tennis elective course,the students in the experim ental group are better than the studeonts in the control class in ball speed,ball placement,and their own movement speed,strain ability,and hitting skills during movement,with significant differences.3.Through comparative analysis of teaching experim ents,it was founnd that in the evaluation of different teaching methods,students’ evaluation of Kuaiyi tennis teaching in the classroom was significantly higher than that of traditional tennis teaching,mainly reflected in students’ classroom participation learning interest,learning initiative,method evaluation,and effectivemess evaluation.
