With the development of society and technology,there is a growing need for all-round talented people.To satisfy the needs,education for all-round development in our country must be strengthened and attention must be paid to every student according to thire personal background,whose characteristis and strengths will be found out in this way.Therefor,students have the opportunity to receive the education in accordance with their aptitude.Teachers should take students’ personal differences into account,offering good education to every student.The traditional teaching mthods of “spoon-feeding”and “one size fits all” should be got rid of in order to improve the quality of teaching and study efficiency.Based on the experience of former researchers and the theories of related subjects,diverse research methods are applied in this paper,such as documentary analysis,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment.Dynamic layered teaching and traditional teaching methods are applied to the optional course of table-tennis in universities.120 freshmen from Zhaoqing Campus,Guangdong University of Finance are the objects of study,who were divided into different dynamic layers and adjusted in time according to the university’s syllabus and criteria of assessment.Meanwhile,psychological intervention was reinforced among the students so as to avoid “expectation effects”.With the aim of motivating students to study,improving their basic level together with building up their confidence,their desine for knowledge and team spirit,dynamic layered teaching has been proved to help to maximize students’ physical and mental growth.After the analysis of the teaching effect of dynamic layered teaching method on the optional course of table-tennis,the result has showed that dynamic layered teaching meets the needs of education for all-round development and has advantages over traditional teashing methods,satisfying the needs of the students’ personal development,it is helpful to the improvement of students’ study efficiency and assists students in mastering sports skills,thus improving their study;dynamic layered teaching contributes to arousing students’ interest in sports and increasing their study motivation as well as building their confidence in study;it is also beneficial to students’ mental health,making them have a strong desire for study,improving the relationship between students and teachers as well as promoting students’ ability to work in team and their team spirit.
