In recent years,With the vigorous development of badminton in China,mass badminton is becoming increasingly popular.More and more people pay attention to badminton and take part in it.with the continuous deepening of teaching reform in China’s higher education,schools are focusing more and more on “Student growth”,paying attention to the “Individual and healthy development”of primary and secondary school students,and the growing number of badminton students in university classrooms,the original traditional teaching model can not meet the current teaching needs of public elective courses in colleges and universities.How to carry out the teaching of public elective courses more reasonably is worth discussing.Paper tries to through the teaching experiment proves that the dynamic layering method in carrying out the possibility of China badminton elective course in common colleges and universities,to improve the level of China’s badminton public course in common colleges and universities teaching method and practice base for quality,causes the dynamic layering method in further promotion of the sports course,effectively promote the transformation of physical education teaching mode.We first used the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview to experts and scholars analysis,mathematical statistics,comprehensive test method,and with Shanghai industry and commerce foreign language vocational and technical college class of 2021 elective two badminton two small class students for the key subjects,there are 28 students in the experimental class,in the control group students class for 28 people,total 56 people.In order to improve the effectiveness of the experimental and uniformity,before carrying out experiments respectively to the student of class two badminton sports special technical ability and physical condition were tested,and on the basis of the result analysis of the experimental class and comparison class,there is no significant difference between class 2,then opened16 weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental class used the dynamic tiered approach,while the comparison class used the conventional approach,and at the end of the teaching experiment,each index of the students in Class 2 was tested,and the test data were classified summary,the results are as follows:1、Compared with the traditional teaching method,the dynamic layered teaching method has better teaching effect,improves the students’ physical health level,and promotes the students’ badminton special technical level.2 、 Dynamic layered teaching method can effectively improve students’ self-confidence in sports and enhance their enthusiasm and interest in sports.3、Dynamic adjustment mechanism can create a good learning atmosphere and cultivate students’ positive competitive consciousness.4、 Students are satisfied with the dynamic hierarchical teaching method,which can effectively improve the quality of badminton teaching and encourage students to participate in after-class physical exercise. |
