Class teaching is the main way to put quality education into effect. To carry out quality education, we should have all the students in mind, value individual character of each students, give free rein to the teacher's guiding to make all the students of different levels fully and actively developed. Therefore, to study different ways to different students in big class is of special significance.This thesis focuses on the biology class teaching in junior school. With the help of successful experience in objective teaching and different level's teaching, it establishes a theoretical frame and operation system in the method of "Objective-Level-Learning Direction"(OLLD). On one hand, in order to direct the teaching objectives, learning clues, practicing exercises and tests, OLLD tries to improve Bloom's Taxonomy of Education Objectives according to Theories of Modern Cognition. On the other hand, OLLD pays more attention to student's personality and diversity than to the level of knowledge classification and advocates humanistic education. So as to explore a kind of education which fits for different student, direct students how to learn and make each student fully developed.The thesis consists of five parts. Firstly, based on the analysis of current situation of education and instruction in middle school, it presents the necessity of carrying out OLLD in class teaching. Secondly, it describes the definition of OLLD according to relevant pedagogical and psychological theories at home and abroad. It also summarizes it's operating procedures as well as methodological features, and in the view of theory it defines the rationality of OLLD. In order to offer convenience in applying OLLD effectively in teaching, part four mainly explains the strategy of objective, level, learning direction and better integration in biology class teaching in junior school. In the last part, it describes the experimental research on OLLD in biology class teaching in junior school. Eight classes of Grade Tow from two different schools are chosen for the equal group comparative experiment. Half a year's experiment shows that OLLD has an obvious impact on improving efficient teaching, raising teaching quality, relieving students' burden, cultivating students' abilities, and promoting students' development, etc. OLLD is testified to be an effective method of today's application quality education and it is well worth generalizing and spreading.
