Due to their special physical conditions,limited opportunities for education,limited Subject to their own special physical conditions,less Due to their special physical conditions,limited opportunities for education,limited access to employment information,inadequate implementation of disability assistance policies,social exclusion and discrimination and other adverse factors,the living conditions of disabled persons are not optimistic for a long time.Especially the employment problem is very serious for the disabled,employment is vital to people’s livelihood,protect the rights of labor and employment of disabled persons is one of the most important aspects of the government’s work,is also the focus of professional social work,national level is higher and higher,to the attention of the undertakings for disabled persons social work profession gradually known by people,groups from all walks of life for people with disabilities increased focus,The government is also strengthening the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities,including the right to rehabilitation,education,employment,cultural life,social security and barrier-free environment.Under the concerted efforts of all parties,in general,the employment of the disabled in China has developed very rapidly,but there are still some unfavorable factors that hinder the disabled to meet their employment needs.The problems in the employment of the disabled in China and the reasons for the problems are multifaceted and multi-level.The lack of comprehensive employ ability,including learning ability,practical ability,adaptability and employment ability,is the biggest obstacle for the disabled to find a suitable job,support their families and realize the value of life.This paper selects the employability of the disabled in B community of Chongqing as the research object.Based on the physical conditions of activity requirements and employment needs,the disabled with employment intention and basic self-care ability are selected.Through previous related literature collection and review,found at home and abroad related disease person employment research hot spot and front direction,combined with social workers in the community for people with disabilities and their caregivers of interview and questionnaire,survey community in the real problems existing in the actual employment of disabled persons,in order to comprehensively and effectively help solve the urban village community employment of disabled persons,Make full use of social work in the link resources,enhance self-confidence,enhance power and construct the social support network of professional advantage,formulate reasonable intervention programme,to promote the employment ability of ascension group activities and community activities,in the process,according to the theory of energized theory,social support,the guidance of the theory of career choice,pay attention to professional psychological construction,Enhance the employability of persons with disabilities.Based on the study of professional social work intervention in community employment for the disabled in particular and professional ability to ascend,and at the same time according to actual condition to construct the social support network for the disabled,to enhance their ability to cope with the unknown risks,change traditional ideas,to help in the process of practice ascension step in the process of professional social workers in practice,Enhance the competitiveness of the disabled in the job market,to help the disabled better realize the ideal of smooth employment.
