The Development Problem Research For Tongren’s Helping The Disabled Career From The Perspective Of Social Work For The Disabled

Based on the development of social work for disabled people in China,the paper provides advices for solving problems which exist Fujian Province Tongren Volunteers Service Center from the perspective of social work for the disabled people.Especially on how to enhance the professional service for disabled,the paper puts forward concrete the path of intervention and the field can be involved in. This paper researches the relevant issues by using some mainly methods,including questionnaire investigation, interview method, literature method, historical method and so on.And obtaining information about history,achievements, problems and trend of development of social work for the disabled in China as the same as the history, resources, the needs of disabled of Tongren.At present, social work for disabled people in China gradually toward specialization, the government will pay more and more attention to function of non-government organization in maintening the rights and providing service for the disabled. Social work professionals will play an important role in various social service areas include disabled services with the development for building of talent teams for social work.Tongren is eager to introduce the development mechanism of social work for the disabled to improving service levels.At the same time, it creates good conditions for the involvement of the social work for the disabled on the value, resources, project operation,demand for the disabled of Tongren.In short, it is the inevitable choice for Tongren to be involved by social work for the disabled to promoting professional service level for the disabled.
