Social Work Intervention The Research On The Process Of Disability Employment Skills Upgrading

The employment problem of the disabled has always been a social issue of common concern to the government and society.The disabled due to their own physical limitations and not equal participation in social work,the employment problem is greatly troubled.This paper from the perspective of social work for the disabled employment skills to conduct research to Changchun Xinyu volunteers Association launched the "Xinyu Yi Le studio project" based on the organization of disabled persons with disabilities inconvenient occupation skill training,the use of group social work method,through team skills training and related activities,the remnant of the faithful master handicraft weaving skills,enhance the residual employment ability.This paper using the method of social work team work in the disabled employment skills,to help clients establish method and ability of social participation.Specific to the Jingyu Baishan City County of Jilin Province,and community friends as an example,combined with the specific circumstances and needs of the local disabled friends,were evaluated in field research and needs.In the community of the disabled the proportion of more,in recent years the United community has been committed to solve the employment problem of the disabled,to seek employment opportunities for the disabled.Jingyu County of Baishan City of Jilin Province,the disabled community groups,through the project team's regular communication skills training and manual skills competition,improve the disabled Social skills,teamwork skills,changing the employment outlook of the disabled,enhancing their willingness to work and hobbies,and improving the employment rate of the disabled in the region.
