Group Work Involved In Improving The Employability Of The Physically Disabled

Disabled people are the disadvantaged group that human beings have to pay full attention to and assist,and its cause is the civilization degree of the country,which is the due and concrete presentation of the comprehensive development of human cause in Chinese modernization.Statistics show that the majority of persons with disabilities continue to live in poverty,and physically disabled people are a special group of disabled people who account for the largest number of people.Despite certain physical defects and hindrances,they are able to improve their living conditions by training to do some work that they can do and get paid.Only by successfully addressing this group’s employment issue can we make society more equitable.Against this background,the author decided to take Z community as an example and actively explore the process and cases of group work interventions to improve the employability of physically disabled people,combining semi-structured interviews and questionnaires to collect relevant information and objectively present the problems of few employment categories,narrow employment channels,low employment income,and lack of targeted skills training for physically disabled people in terms of employment,and summarize them The factors that cause the lack of employability of physically disabled people are summarized.This study analyzes how to apply the professional group work approach in social work to create empowering environments,informed by the philosophy of empowerment and implement group activities to improve the employability of physically disabled people,establish a proper idea of employment for people with physical disabilities requires systematic and focuse vocational skill training,enhance the professional ability and skills of physically disabled people,and improve their employability through the study of the employability of physically handicapped individuals.Analyze and consider the established group activities in order to encourage better employment for disabled groups.Then,provide relevant strategies and advice at the individual,family,social,and policy levels.
